Privacy

perma.bio is a Turtons Creek Studio product. We collect the minimum needed to run the service:

• Email — to sign you in via magic link and for billing receipts (Stripe).
• Page content — display name, bio, avatar, blocks (links, embeds, products, etc.); published pages are public.
• Session cookie — httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax; used only to keep you signed in.
• Subscription billing — handled by Stripe; we store customer and subscription status, not card numbers.
• Page analytics — on published pages we record coarse view and link-click counts (and for Pro, daily series / referrer hosts) without building advertising profiles of visitors.
• Email signups — if a page owner adds an email block, visitors’ emails (and optional name) are stored for that owner to export. Pro owners may set an HTTPS webhook; we POST signup payloads there.
• Pro storefront — Pro sellers connect a Stripe Express account. Buyers pay via Stripe Checkout on that connected account. We take a 0% platform fee; Stripe’s processing fees apply to the seller. Buyer payment details are handled by Stripe, not stored by perma.bio.
• Owner-configured pixels — page owners may add Meta or TikTok pixel IDs; those scripts then run on their published page under their responsibility.
• Google Ads — on our marketing pages (home, pricing, FAQ, app) we load Google’s tag (AW-18354148705) so we can measure ad clicks and conversions. Google may set cookies; see Google’s privacy policy.

We do not sell personal data. Published user pages (perma.bio/yourhandle) do not carry our Google Ads tag. Outbound shop links never send payment data through us.
