By using perma.bio you agree to these terms.

  1. Service. perma.bio hosts a personal link page at a handle you claim, and optionally on a custom domain you control.
  2. Evergreen & Pro. Publishing a live page and attaching a custom domain require an active Evergreen ($15 USD/year) or Pro ($35 USD/year) subscription unless a locked join price applies. Drafts and previews are free. Pro adds advanced tools and optional in-page checkout.
  3. Price lock. The annual price recorded when you first subscribe remains your renewal rate for continuous paid access on that account for that plan tier.
  4. Content. You are responsible for links, products, and content you publish. No illegal, abusive, or phishing material. We may unpublish pages that violate this.
  5. Fees. Outbound shop links: we take 0%. Pro in-page checkout uses Stripe Connect (Express); we take a 0% platform fee. Stripe’s payment processing fees (and any taxes Stripe collects) apply to the seller. You must complete Stripe onboarding to sell on-page.
  6. Domains. You must own or control any custom domain you attach and keep DNS records accurate. Certificate and CDN costs for tenants are included subject to fair use.
  7. Availability. The service is provided as-is. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  8. Cancellation. Cancel via the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the paid period ends. When a paid plan lapses the page stops serving your published content; the URL continues to resolve to a notice that the page is paused, rather than returning an error. Your handle, page content and settings are retained so the page can be restored by resubscribing. Unpublishing the page yourself removes it.
